In the summer of 2018, Town Square hosted its first ever Camp Chocolat: a four day camp filled with chocolate for kids in grades k-5. Participants designed their own chocolate bar, created a chocolate brand, made a plan and sell the finished product at the Friday Market at Town Square with the professional guidance of Heather Rawlings Davis.
It all began with a blueberry soda that exploded all over the kitchen counters, leaving stained spots. Eventually transforming from live yeast in home brewing soda bottles that didn’t explode, to kegs inside of Green Lake’s Town Square, Foxtale is the area’s newest ginger beer brewing company.
